Research in the field of paediatric palliative care has grown exponentially in recent years. Yet, despite this wealth of scientific production, a persistent research–practice gap remains, often preventing scientific findings from translating into meaningful and constructive changes in clinical practice that positively impact the quality of life of patients and their families.
The identification of barriers and the development of effective implementation strategies to ensure that evidence meaningfully shapes daily practice and improves patient care will be the guiding theme of this Congress that will inspire and frame our exchanges with some of the world leaders in paediatric palliative care. Our aim is not only to present the ‘science,’ but also to systematically explore how, and which, elements of evidence can be effectively translated into the clinical practice of individual healthcare providers, interdisciplinary teams and healthcare institutions globally.
In this 7th edition we renew the Young Professionals Session, an initiative dedicated to amplifying the voices of early-career professionals in paediatric palliative care and fostering the next generation of leaders in the field.
The response has been amazing, and we have reached maximum capacity.
Thank you to everyone who already registered for the event.
Please note that on-site registration will not be possible.
