Registration
Registration for the congress is possible exclusively through the online registration system. It will not be possible to register on the day of the congress. The congress registration will close on the 4th October 2026 (or earlier if we reach the maximum capacity). Fee for congress participants includes:
- Attendance to all scientific sessions
- Delegate’s bag with printed Congress material
- Entrance to the Exhibition
- Coffee breaks and refreshments according to the program
- Opening Ceremony and “Icebreaker” Reception on Wednesday 21st October 2026
The official language for the congress workshops, plenary and parallel sessions is English. Simultaneous translation to Italian is foreseen only in plenary.

Pre-congress Workshops
The pre-congress courses will run simultaneously on 21st October 2026 from 8:30 to 16:30. Please note that pre-conference courses can only be booked through the online registration system in connection with the registration for the congress. Participation in the pre-congress courses will be limited to a minimum of 30 and a maximum of 80 participants, places will be allocated on a first come first-served basis. Fees for Participants include:

EPEC-Pediatrics Train the Trainer Workshop – Level 2
EPEC-Pediatrics Train the Trainer will be held from the 24th to the 26th of October 2026. Please notice that EPEC- Pediatrics Train the Trainer can only be booked through the online registration system.
In connection with the registration for the Congress or for the Congress plus Level 3 we offer a special price. The registration will be limited to a minimum of 30 and a maximum of 54 participants, places will be allocated on a first come first-served basis.
Fees for Participants include:
- 3-day live interactive conference with plenaries and small-group breakout sessions
- Instruction using a train-the-trainer format (teaching you how to teach others) pediatric pain/ symptom management and key aspects of Pediatric Palliative Care to an interdisciplinary audience using interactive lecture, cases, and role play
- Access to 18 self-study online modules on pain and symptom management, grief and bereavement, child development, and more
- Light lunch during Workshop days
- Refreshments during coffee breaks
- Certificate of participation (issued to participants completing ALL of the educational sessions)
Upon successful completion of the course and 18 online training modules, you will become an EPEC-Pediatrics Trainer and receive access to:
- EPEC-Pediatrics teaching materials library (22 PowerPoint presentations)
- Comprehensive teaching handbook for each module to teach PPC to interdisciplinary teams
- Trigger videos

Professional Development Workshop – EPEC-Pediatrics Level 3
Professional Development Workshop – EPEC Pediatrics Level 3 will be held on the 27th of October 2026. Please notice that the workshop can be booked through the online registration system.
In connection with the registration for the Congress and the Train the Trainer Workshop we offer a special price. Participation will be limited to a minimum of 15 and a maximum of 24 participants, places will be allocated on a first come first-served basis.
Fees for Participants include:
- 1-day live interactive with small-group workshop (max 5-8 participants)
- Light lunch
- Refreshments during coffee breaks

Important: All bank charges are the responsibility of the participant and should be paid in addition to the registration fees. If payment is made by a company or for more than one person, please make sure all names are indicated. In order to benefit from the reduced fee, the registration and the payment must be completed by 17th May 2026. Thereafter the registration fees will increase as published.

INVOICES Only digital versions of invoices will be sent to participants upon completion of the online registration. The invoice will be issued using the contact details provided on the registration form.
REGISTRATION CANCELLATION POLICY
- Prior to 17th May 2026– Full refund less €35 handling fees
- From 18th May 2026 until to 4th July 2026 – 50% refund
- After 5th July 2026 – No refund

PHOTOGRAPHS AND VIDEOS By registering for the 7th Maruzza International Congress on Paediatric Palliative Care all participants acknowledge and authorize the Congress Organizers the right to photograph and videotape congress delegates and to use such photographs and videos in any internal and external communication referring to the Congress, such as on its website, or other publications.
